Some of the absolutely best places to meet women are ones that most men have never even considered. This is what makes them so great - you have almost no competition! Ironically, two of the most popular places to meet women are the absolute worst - bars and online dating.  Bars are loud, have a very high male-to-female ratio, and since everyone there is either drinking or drunk, the women tend to be much more defensive and skeptical than they are elsewhere. Meeting women online has a lot of similarities to meeting women in bars. First, the male-to-female ratio in online dating is insanely high. There have been studies that show up to an 8:1 ratio! I don't know about you, but I don't want to be fighting with seven other guys over one girl. Another similarity is that the woman who do participate are often defensive and wary about the men who are trying to meet them. This is understandable since there are definitely a few crazy weirdos in cyberspace, but it makes it a lot harder for the decent, normal guys who are just trying to meet some girls and get a few dates. So Where Can a Guy Meet Women?Here are some great, off-the-beaten path ideas for places to meet women:1. The coffee shop (Starbucks may be the ultimate 21st Century meeting place!) 2. The bookstore (ditto for Barnes and Noble) 3. The grocery store (this one takes a little more thought, but if you learn how to do it, you will get hooked) 4. The gym 5. The mall 6. And any of the other places that you frequent in your daily life. The point is that any place can be a great place to meet women. Somewhere that is not a traditional "pick up" spot is usually a lot better. Women will be surprised and flattered at being approached there and will be a lot less defensive and open to meeting you.
